GORRERI is a company specialized since 1987, in the design and manufacture of complete plants and facilities for the industrial production of sponge cake-based products.   

At the beginning the company focused on the development and optimization of the continuously aerating machines, then in the following years, we tried to meet  the needs of our customers designing machineries for more and more different products, with the results to improve the existing technologies changing methodology of working, as for example the production of vertical layers snacks, which in the past required a difficult type of sponge cake processing and caused high  losses of production.   

Our research and products development centre has been able to create equipment for new products like our patented product called Rolli Mix , a Mini Swiss Roll stuffed with a co-extrusion of two fillings, one inside the other.   

We are able to propose rolling solutions for Mini Swiss Roll or Swiss Roll family size for any type of sponge cake, as well as the possibility of adapting our machines for existing lines; cakes with three or more sponge layers, both rectangular and square, with any kind of decoration, are another product in which Gorreri company invested a lot of energies. 

The high level of competence achieved, also allows us to offer to our customers a recipes developing service, trying to use, whenever possible,  the ingredients of the place where the line will be installed, and also trying to take care of the costs-performance of production for our customers.
